The Nott Group were commissioned by a local authority to provide the following services at a number of sites across their area. The sites were being sold for social housing.

• Phase 1 desk studies and risk assessments.
• Phase 2 contamination and geotechnical assessments.
• Infiltration (soakaway) testing in accordance with BRE 365 2007.
