The Nott Group were commissioned by a residential developer to provide the following services at a number of sites across the Midlands and East Anglia as part of their regeneration team.

• Phase 1 desk studies and risk assessments.
• Phase 2 contamination and geotechnical assessments.
• Infiltration (soakaway) testing in accordance with BRE 365 2007.
• Negotiations and agreement with Local Planning Authority and Contaminated Land Officer.
• Negotiations and agreement with NHBC.
• Verification, testing and reporting.
